Nepal is one country where Christians grow by leaps and bounds. Many of them came to the Lord as a result of experiencing some healing or freedom from demonic influence. However, their understanding of who Christ is and what He has done for our salvation is very shallow. It hinders not only their overall growth but also in sharing the message of Christ with conviction and clarity.
Himalayan Graduate School of Theology exists for transformational leadership; it aims to equip men and women passionate about making an eternal impact in their context. Our courses and activities are geared toward training them to be academically competent, biblically sound, and practically relevant. We emphasize a deep understanding of the Scripture, doctrines, biblical languages, and interpretation.
To achieve these goals, we select faculty members very carefully. They are not only academically capable but are also experienced in pastoral ministry and committed to growing continuously in the likeness of our Savior. Most of them have exposure or have served in the Asian context and are aware of the challenges and issues here in Asia. Though we are a non-denominational evangelical seminary, we welcome faculty and students from different denominations.
Thank you for your interest in joining the Himalayan Graduate School of Theology. If you aspire to be that kind of catalyst for spiritual transformation, then considering the Himalayan Graduate School of Theology is well worth your time.
